Refund Policy
Each reading is generated individually for you, so refunds are limited — but we always make failed purchases right.
Eligible for a refund
You were charged but no reading was delivered.
You were charged more than once for the same reading.
A technical fault on our side prevented your report from being generated.
Not eligible
Dissatisfaction with the interpretation itself. Readings are subjective and generated uniquely for each palm.
An unclear or incorrect image uploaded after validation was accepted.
How to request
Write to support@fupalm.in within 7 days of purchase with the email used at checkout. We respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
